Buyers will pay a good price but lenders are forcing prices lower by restricting the size of loans they will offer. We now have previously unheard of chartered surveyors, newly appointed by lenders to follow their rules on surveys. Surveyors not experienced in our local marketplace. We ar eguaranteed to go lower on prices because the lenders will continue to force a bust scenario to pave the way for new boom
